Spectators: 7724 (Terracing: 5794, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jouke Jacobs took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Francisco Martín Olivar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, Algarrobo's goal looked a bit too open when Jasper Staarman came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurens Oosterman made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Maxín Escudero sent off a good shot on target. Adriel Argandoña hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Danny van den Hoogen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laurens Oosterman came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Algarrobo's Fidelio Aldunate. But to his dismay, Fidelio Aldunate quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jan Klasen charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Klasen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, De Pelgrims's Jan Klasen got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jouke Jacobs in the 22nd minute of play forced Algarrobo's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Jouke Jacobs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Pelgrims's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jouke Jacobs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Jesus Orrego hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Algarrobo's Petr Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jasper Staarman in the 26th minute of play. Laurens Oosterman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriel Argandoña, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Petr Čech stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jouke Jacobs's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. If Adriel Argandoña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Jasper Staarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jasper Staarman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petr Čech having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidelio Aldunate to strike the kick off in the second half. Petr Čech didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jasper Staarman went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The Algarrobo fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Algarrobo's Maxín Escudero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 62 minutes into the match, Algarrobo's Fidelio Aldunate sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laurens Oosterman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When De Pelgrims's Jouke Jacobs in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Algarrobo's goalie prevented a goal. Danny van den Hoogen hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jouke Jacobs in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petr Čech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Job van der Schans's late challenge caught a Algarrobo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Job van der Schans helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, De Pelgrims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Job van der Schans to maneuver through the defense. Laurens Oosterman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidelio Aldunate in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute of the match, Jasper Staarman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Petr Čech saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Petr Čech came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by De Pelgrims's Jouke Jacobs. But to his dismay, Jouke Jacobs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 2-4 became the score in the 92nd minute when Jouke Jacobs elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Maxín Escudero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurens Oosterman having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Algarrobo lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
