Clemente Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sever Piţurcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, one of C. A. Pipon Pipon:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C. A. Pipon Pipon. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jamel Cronshagen got free with Aristide Răduț in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC TraLaLa's Mădălin Bobailă got a free kick in the 13th minute. With an all-out effort, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Aristide Răduț threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Freddie Henderson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Romeo in the 25th minute of play forced C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Clemente Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristide Răduț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddie Henderson in the 28th minute of play. Aurelian Marincean hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After having played for 30 minutes, Freddie Henderson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Pipon Pipon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddie Henderson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Rex Izturis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clemente Armani came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC TraLaLa's Leontin Medrea. But to his dismay, Leontin Medrea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 45th minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Freddie Henderson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2.

After a rather tough play, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Lorenzo Whitehead got a free kick in the 50th minute. After some careless play in the FC TraLaLa defense, Lorenzo Whitehead kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristide Răduț. The FC TraLaLa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristide Răduț should have stopped the shot. Clemente Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Romeo in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, FC TraLaLa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelian Marincean to maneuver through the defense. Paul Romeo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC TraLaLa's Aristide Răduț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lanny Valle in the 70th minute of play. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Clemente Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costin Mocanu in the 72nd minute of play. FC TraLaLa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sever Piţurcă in the 73rd minute. Emanuel Pușcariu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the game, Lanny Valle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Aristide Răduț was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute Lanny Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristide Răduț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C. A. Pipon Pipon's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
