With an all-out effort, Valadas's Sergio Massa threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zekeriya Ülgener, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Valadas's Fernanco Muslera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Louis in the 67th minute of play. Sergio Massa came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Valadas's Wilson Castelo Branco. But to his dismay, Wilson Castelo Branco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Legio X Eqvestris booed when Valadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zekeriya Ülgener didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernanco Muslera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Mincho, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the game, Legio X Eqvestris's Emiliano Louis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
