When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amerigo Melucci made a kick off. Fausto Ronconi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Fidel Su tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 0-6 became the score in the 56th minute when Alex Marcelli elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fidel Su was a little too slow when Alex Marcelli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-7. Fidel Su didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amerigo Melucci went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. The supporters of Sportivo Fernet Branca booed when Lunatics of Arianrhod was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo De Rubeis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th match minute, Lunatics of Arianrhod was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo De Rubeis to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Lunatics of Arianrhod's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Teyo came free, but Adriano Fracassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 played minutes, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ennio Caruso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fidel Su came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lunatics of Arianrhod reached it. Lunatics of Arianrhod's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
