The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute Eugeniusz Setara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arūnas Zaleckis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arūnas Zaleckis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariusz Pudzianowski in the 11th minute of the match. Mantvydas Bekeris received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dawid Wyrostek came out and tried to block the shot, but Mantvydas Bekeris slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Juliszew SSA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Rūtenis Bračas scored to the left of an out of position Dawid Wyrostek, making the score, 2-0. After 18 played minutes FC Pegasas Siauliai got a freekick which was hit by Algimantas Dundulis. Klemensas Rožėnas hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Arūnas Zaleckis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariusz Pudzianowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Adomas Žukauskas's late challenge caught a Juliszew SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adomas Žukauskas helped the player get up and apologised. Adomas Žukauskas hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the game, Juliszew SSA's Mariusz Pudzianowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arūnas Zaleckis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The supporters of FC Pegasas Siauliai booed when Juliszew SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Karwowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arūnas Zaleckis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariusz Pudzianowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 45th minute, Mariusz Pudzianowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juliszew SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eugeniusz Setara made a kick off. 52 minutes in the game Klemensas Rožėnas did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Vėjas Maldini. Klemensas Rožėnas kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Juliszew SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Linas Mandraflis came free, but Dawid Wyrostek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, FC Pegasas Siauliai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antanas Pelėda to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Juliszew SSA's Mariusz Pudzianowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arūnas Zaleckis. That made the score 2-3 after 62 minutes of play. In the 68th match minute, Juliszew SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislaw Filipkowski to maneuver through the defense. Juliszew SSA's Kryspin Banach was substituted for Eugeniusz Setara. The referee ignored FC Pegasas Siauliai's protests and gave Rūtenis Bračas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Rūtenis Bračas hit a great ball. Dawid Wyrostek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mantvydas Bekeris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pegasas Siauliai's zone, Mariusz Pudzianowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arūnas Zaleckis came out of the goal and Mariusz Pudzianowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute Mariusz Pudzianowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arūnas Zaleckis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zachary Wojtowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Mantvydas Bekeris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dawid Wyrostek was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
