Berutti FC's Pedro Truylos got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardino Euloxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theobald Abeijon in the 23rd minute of the match. If Everardo Anaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 31 played minutes Berutti FC got a freekick which was hit by Victor Dominic. After a rather tough play, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Rene Abechuco got a free kick in the 38th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Everardo Anaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berutti FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Everardo Anaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justino Abaunza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Justino Abaunza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Anaya in the 42nd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Theobald Abeijon came free, but Bernardino Euloxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lain Abeita to make the kick off. In the 58th minute of the game, Severiano Beltran landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The supporters of Berutti FC booed when Discípulos de Ayn Rand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maria Abad didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Berutti FC's Marcos Firman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 67th minute, Theobald Abeijon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Discípulos de Ayn Rand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Nazario Abaunza put in a rough tackle. Pedro Truylos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Justino Abaunza. Discípulos de Ayn Rand's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 72nd minute of the game, Victor Dominic landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Rene Abechuco's late challenge caught a Berutti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rene Abechuco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th minute, Rene Abechuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Everardo Anaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Berutti FC's Guillermo Gustau got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 79 played minutes, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Lain Abeita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardino Euloxu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Discípulos de Ayn Rand reached it. Celestino Abeijon kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Celestino Abeijon charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Discípulos de Ayn Rand's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
