Maria Abad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Justino Abaunza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Nickler in the 11th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pitin Abadie got free with Ivan Västlund in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Westra Aros SK getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Håkan Söderberg hit a great ball. Theobald Abeijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Västlund having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's goal looked a bit too open when Don Nickler came free, but Justino Abaunza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yngve Sjöberg took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justino Abaunza. Justino Abaunza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pitin Abadie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Ivan Västlund made a huge save. The supporters of Discípulos de Ayn Rand booed when Westra Aros SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uno Bjurström didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Rene Abechuco fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Discípulos de Ayn Rand's protests and gave Rene Abechuco a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Westra Aros SK booed when Discípulos de Ayn Rand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Don Nickler to strike the kick off in the second half. Don Nickler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Justino Abaunza made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Westra Aros SK's Don Nickler slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Justino Abaunza. That made the score 0-2 after 52 minutes of play. Pitin Abadie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ivan Västlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Stellan Danielsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rene Abechuco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ivan Västlund. Westra Aros SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Don Nickler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justino Abaunza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Don Nickler notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Justino Abaunza. Justino Abaunza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivan Västlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uzuri Abel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Discípulos de Ayn Rand defense, Yngve Sjöberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justino Abaunza. The Discípulos de Ayn Rand fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justino Abaunza should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Pitin Abadie came free, but Ivan Västlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Westra Aros SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
