Jonas Rozarius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darren Chan's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. After a rather tough play, Oakham's Darren Chan got a free kick in the 4th minute. When Gerardo Sedeni fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Acade's protests and gave Gerardo Sedeni a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Ladislao Ongile had to leave the field with a concussion. After 11 minutes, Daniz Shyan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oakham and the La Acade players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Oakham's Daniz Shyan got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 16 minutes, Darren Chan made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. La Acade's Jonas Rozarius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Oakham booed when La Acade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Sedeni didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Acade's Jonas Rozarius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darren Chan in the 20th minute of play. Jonas Rozarius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darren Chan's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After 22 played minutes La Acade got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Igon. Shah Hian charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Shah Hian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of La Acade booed when Oakham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shah Hian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darren Chan in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Rozarius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26th play minutes Darren Chan shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Jonas Rozarius and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to La Acade getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gerardo Sedeni hit a great ball. When La Acade's Igor Mitxaut in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oakham's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Oakham's Gara Chian got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th match minute, Oakham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniz Shyan to maneuver through the defense. Oakham's Asiz Phua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Herauso in the 39th minute of play. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Mitxaut to make the kick off. Jonas Rozarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darren Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th match minute, La Acade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Herauso to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Acade's goalkeeper Jonas Rozarius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Oakham booed when La Acade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Cheche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Rozarius was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Darren Chan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Darren Chan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 68thth minute of the game Darren Chan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Acade's Jonas Rozarius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Darren Chan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. 75 minutes into the game, Oakham's Darren Chan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas Rozarius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Daniz Shyan hit a great ball. Pascual Quexal's late challenge caught a Oakham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascual Quexal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th match minute, La Acade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Quexal to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Rozarius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shah Hian, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Asiz Phua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Quexal in the 84th minute of play. La Acade's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Darren Chan scored to the left of an out of position Jonas Rozarius, making the score, 0-7. After a defensive mix-up in La Acade's zone, Shah Hian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Rozarius came out of the goal and Shah Hian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd match minute, La Acade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Igon to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Rozarius came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Oakham's Darren Chan. But to his dismay, Darren Chan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. The La Acade supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Oakham's performance. The match ended with a win for Oakham.
