Agustin Orlondon might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Ispuzua. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustin Orlondon ran back to his position shaking his head. Aristides Rumaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emmanuel Cimbron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st match minute, Vanadio F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Gurruchaga to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Ispuzua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Jaunzuria, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute, Jonathan Antecha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vanadio F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Vanadio F.C.'s Mirco Vucevic got a free kick in the 45th minute. Mateo Abechuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Joaquin Ispuzua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Antecha to strike the kick off in the second half. Salvador Qwinton hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 55 played minutes Vanadio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Flor Rial. Joaquin Ispuzua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Abechuco in the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Majadita FC's Guaberto Hanni got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Guaberto Hanni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Majadita FC's Mateo Abechuco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joaquin Ispuzua. That made the score 1-2 after 69 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Antecha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aristides Rumaldo was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Mateo Abechuco came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joaquin Ispuzua could save by the left post.
