Rolando Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Calçada having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Valente came free, but Jairo Calçada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Calçada didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolando Valente went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Deilmison Oblak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Pimentel in the 13th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Álvaro Dantas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Deilmison Oblak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Minho FC's Jairo Calçada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Valente in the 19th minute of play. Jairo Calçada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Lewandowski's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Jairo Calçada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Valente in the 23rd minute of play. Lisandro Leite hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minho FC's goalkeeper Jairo Calçada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Freezerpool FC's Joaquin Emenon got a free kick in the 29th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Robert Lewandowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Freezerpool FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minho FC the free kick. A collision led to Freezerpool FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Robert Lewandowski hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, Rolando Valente left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Freezerpool FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Rolando Valente scored 0-5 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jairo Calçada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rolando Valente made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Lewandowski in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jairo Calçada saved Minho FC from getting behind. In the 56th match minute, Freezerpool FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Emenon to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Valente in the 61st minute of play forced Minho FC's goalkeeper Jairo Calçada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Calçada having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goalkeeper Jairo Calçada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Valente. Rolando Valente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Calçada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Montiel during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
