An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüseyin Can Timurkan in the 4th minute of play forced Freezerpool FC's goalkeeper Deilmison Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Hüseyin Can Timurkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, Freezerpool FC's Joaquin Inzunza got a free kick in the 31st minute. Freezerpool FC's Fabian Oto got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Los Tatangelos's Tamer Siraceddin got control of the ball when Fabian Oto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Los Tatangelos's Tamer Siraceddin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Lewandowski in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 65th minute, Fabian Oto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
