The Berni y Benja FC fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Berni y Benja FC's Eulalio Indalecio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jonathan da Fonseca came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Berni y Benja FC's Domingos Kaiet. But to his dismay, Domingos Kaiet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Indalecio in the 38th minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Jonathan da Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Indalecio, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Mel in the 94th minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Jonathan da Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Jonathan da Fonseca got control of the ball when Celedonio Erdiano tried to sneak it across the goal line.
