Seating: 1797, VIP seats: 155) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Armas Heinola kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Gothic Souls's Edgar Davids got a free kick in the 10th minute. Cheeky Nuts United's Torstein Tøndel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sezer İnan in the 14th minute of play. Finn Espe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Menderes Hikmet made a huge save. Menderes Hikmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Johansson in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Menderes Hikmet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Finn Espe. 39 minutes into the match, Sezer İnan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cheeky Nuts United's Torstein Tøndel. Torstein Tøndel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bartolomé Asmussen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Bjarne Holt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Gothic Souls fans' excitement grew in the 48th match minute when Gothic Souls's Sezer İnan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Sezer İnan made the kick off in the second half. Torstein Tøndel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sezer İnan in the 52nd minute. Menderes Hikmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finn Espe in the 53rd minute of play. Sezer İnan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Torstein Tøndel made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's goal looked a bit too open when Armas Heinola came free, but Menderes Hikmet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armas Heinola in the 60th minute of play forced Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Menderes Hikmet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gothic Souls's Sezer İnan in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cheeky Nuts United's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Gothic Souls booed when Cheeky Nuts United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Holt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torstein Tøndel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sezer İnan's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Gothic Souls's Menderes Hikmet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Finn Espe in the 71st minute of play. When Ahmet Harun Şahbey came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Gothic Souls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Harun Şahbey couldn't finish the play. Finn Espe took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Menderes Hikmet. Menderes Hikmet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 79 minutes into the match, Anton Johansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Menderes Hikmet. Gothic Souls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anton Johansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 83rd match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahadır Yastıkcığlu to maneuver through the defense. After 83 played minutes Gothic Souls got a freekick which was hit by Abayhan Kırca. When Finn Espe came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Cheeky Nuts United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finn Espe couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cheeky Nuts United's Filip Finne got a free kick in the 94th minute. Gothic Souls's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
