Armando Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Vute Baliev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Toni Nenchev made a precise shot to the right of Unai Simon. LVCVS AVGVSTI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. DARAS's attentive Antim Karamanski managed to snatch the ball when Mikel Oyarzabal made a throw-in in the 10th minute of the game. Unai Simon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Nenchev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aitor Grau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vute Baliev having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Gonzo Ivanov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Unai Simon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aitor Grau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Vute Baliev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Toni Nenchev came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the DARAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toni Nenchev couldn't finish the play. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Unai Simon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Nenchev in the 35th minute of play. Mariano Buenafuente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Vute Baliev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzo Ivanov in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Unai Simon saved LVCVS AVGVSTI from getting behind. Toni Nenchev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Unai Simon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Ximo Campello got a free kick in the 40th minute. Vute Baliev came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by LVCVS AVGVSTI's Mariano Buenafuente. But to his dismay, Mariano Buenafuente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Buenafuente was the one to do the kick off. When Gonzo Ivanov came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the DARAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzo Ivanov couldn't finish the play. Ximo Campello charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ximo Campello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes LVCVS AVGVSTI got a freekick which was hit by Ximo Campello. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Unai Simon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzo Ivanov in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Mariano Buenafuente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Vute Baliev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Abad Bellido managed to get in a good position for a shot. LVCVS AVGVSTI's supporters rose to their feet, but Abad Bellido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vute Baliev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Buenafuente in the 63rd minute of play forced DARAS's goalkeeper Vute Baliev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DARAS made a substitution. Paolo Rossi replaced Toni Nenchev. 67 minutes into the game, Mikel Oyarzabal threw the ball into play from the sideline. DARAS's Iliya Kasabov quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 68th match minute, LVCVS AVGVSTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesús Navas to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Abad Bellido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Unai Simon made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Gonzo Ivanov sent off a good shot on target. LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gonzo Ivanov 76 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. Nedyalko Berberov kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Jesús Navas came free, but Vute Baliev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Unai Simon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 90 minutes LVCVS AVGVSTI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Volodya Biradzhiev who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Volodya Biradzhiev almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LVCVS AVGVSTI's Unai Simon did a great save. In the 95th minute, Antim Karamanski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The DARAS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing DARAS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
