A collision led to IGUIPORÃ FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Michel Amorim hit a great ball. Basílio Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tekin Tekin in the 35th minute of the match. When Tekin Tekin fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 67st Xerebos Familya F.C.'s protests and gave Tekin Tekin a yellow card for diving instead. Nimet Aşkın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Peres, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute Antônio Carlos Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nimet Aşkın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 67st Xerebos Familya F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
