Aquiles Bladi was slow to take the kick. During this time VAMO ARRIBA's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Linghed Angels FC's goalie and right to Santos Madeo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Linghed Angels FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 19th minute Ove Hellström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Loramendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Algot Ennegren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romeo Gudesteo went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ove Hellström's late challenge caught a VAMO ARRIBA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ove Hellström helped the player get up and apologised. Santos Madeo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Algot Ennegren having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, VAMO ARRIBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Igon to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Santos Madeo could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Algot Ennegren however easily saved by the left post. Elvis Figueres hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd match minute, VAMO ARRIBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Gudesteo to maneuver through the defense. Algot Ennegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Igon in the 56th minute of play. The referee ignored VAMO ARRIBA's protests and gave Romeo Gudesteo a yellow card for diving instead. Romeo Gudesteo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Magnusson in the 67th minute of play forced VAMO ARRIBA's goalkeeper Roman Loramendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jörgen Magnusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Loramendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Hellström in the 71st minute of play. Ove Hellström in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roman Loramendi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Algot Ennegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Gudesteo in the 76th minute of play. A hard shot 78 in the game by Ove Hellström from a close distance when the talented Roman Loramendi managed to make a qualified save. VAMO ARRIBA's players were relieved. 88 minutes into the game, Amador Luzaide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VAMO ARRIBA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Linghed Angels FC the free kick. Amador Luzaide kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Victor Malmberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Linghed Angels FC's Jörgen Magnusson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Loramendi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The Linghed Angels FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Linghed Angels FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
