A collision led to Ajax Poland getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Wladyslaw Mios hit a great ball. When Bartosz Andrychowski fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ajax Poland's protests and gave Bartosz Andrychowski a yellow card for diving instead. Algot Ennegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Pilarski in the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Jörgen Magnusson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wojciech Szczęsny. Jörgen Magnusson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Ove Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wojciech Szczęsny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Ødegaard in the 20th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Fynning during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Linghed Angels FC got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Fynning. The audience was convinced that Maciej Żurawski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Algot Ennegren was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute Damian Pilarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Algot Ennegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Algot Ennegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Pilarski in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Linghed Angels FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Żurawski came free, but Algot Ennegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Linghed Angels FC's Elvis Figueres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wojciech Szczęsny made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 45 minutes into the match, Jörgen Magnusson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wojciech Szczęsny, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Damian Pilarski hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Algot Ennegren made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Maciej Żurawski sent off a good shot on target. Linghed Angels FC's Ove Hellström got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Declan Rice hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Jörgen Magnusson took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wojciech Szczęsny. Wojciech Szczęsny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Leszek Golembiewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Martin Ødegaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maciej Żurawski during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes Ajax Poland got a freekick which was hit by Wladyslaw Mios. Ajax Poland's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
