An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Peru in the 37th minute of play forced ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s goalkeeper Modesto Bessoayn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anier Balendin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacindo Abaroa in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Braulio Peru got free with Modesto Bessoayn in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute, Batista Noguera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Peru to make the kick off. Modesto Bessoayn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute Braulio Peru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Bessoayn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute Byrne Hughes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Balendin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Byrne Hughes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ildefonso Isaio tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. BAC Belgrano de Cba's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
