Niki Bundev scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Senen Paz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Niki Bundev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Senen Paz having to interfere. Senen Paz was a little too slow when Guaberto Koldobika got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 2-0. Gabino Mendez kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes Yala got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Nesor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldemer Acedo in the 17th minute of play forced Yala's goalkeeper Octavio Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Yala's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xose Morientes was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's players had a chance to rest. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Xose Morientes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Octavio Ferrer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Octavio Ferrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldemer Acedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Guaberto Koldobika had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Senen Paz. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guaberto Koldobika was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Orlando Sustrai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Senen Paz made a huge save. Niki Bundev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Yala's Orlando Sustrai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Senen Paz. That made the score 4-0 after 37 minutes of play. Orlando Sustrai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Senen Paz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Yala getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Guaberto Koldobika hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's Felipe Briso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Felipe Briso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Felipe Briso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Yala booed when Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Briso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Niki Bundev could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Senen Paz however easily saved by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When Niki Bundev fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yala's protests and gave Niki Bundev a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Yala's Niki Bundev got a free kick in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Yala's Orlando Sustrai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Senen Paz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 64th minute, Orlando Sustrai made a precise shot to the right of Senen Paz. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Senen Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niki Bundev in the 68th minute of play. Orlando Sustrai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlando Sustrai in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Senen Paz saved Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 from getting behind. Yala's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niki Bundev in the 74th minute. Senen Paz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Yala's Niki Bundev shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 9-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Kepa Maestro, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Orlando Sustrai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Senen Paz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Yala had played much better football throughout.
