Spectators: 7795 (Terracing: 5847, Seating: 1793, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gonsalvo Ramos took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Suprs Academia got a freekick which was hit by Ren Xing. The audience was convinced that Gonsalvo Ramos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sergio Romeri was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. With his leg Sergio Romeri managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Suprs Academia's Gonsalvo Ramos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 15th minute Conrado Cambranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Prod'Homme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonsalvo Ramos in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sergio Romeri saved Bahía é Carnaval from getting behind. Miguel Prod'Homme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Desiderio Demario's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Suprs Academia's Miguel Prod'Homme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Iban in the 26th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Gonsalvo Ramos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bahía é Carnaval's Sergio Romeri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gonsalvo Ramos had several of the Bahía é Carnaval's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Sergio Romeri as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Demario in the 36th minute of play forced Suprs Academia's goalkeeper Miguel Prod'Homme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Joaquim Cavaco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suprs Academia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bahía é Carnaval the free kick. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Gonsalvo Ramos put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sergio Romeri.

With a little luck, Suprs Academia's Miguel Prod'Homme got control of the ball when Luis Iban tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Bahía é Carnaval getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Conrado Cambranes hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Prospero Jakes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bahía é Carnaval's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suprs Academia the free kick. In the 57th match minute, Bahía é Carnaval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Jakes to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Suprs Academia's Hermínio Pinhal in action when he in the 59th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Sergio Romeri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonsalvo Ramos in the 61st minute of the match. Sergio Romeri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Taveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. José Salah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Prod'Homme made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Luis Iban sent off a good shot on target. 72 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Iban came free, but Miguel Prod'Homme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonsalvo Ramos in the 74th minute of play forced Bahía é Carnaval's goalkeeper Sergio Romeri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergio Romeri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Salah's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Desiderio Demario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goalkeeper Miguel Prod'Homme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Iban. In the 83rd match minute, Bahía é Carnaval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Cambranes to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Suprs Academia getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Joaquim Cavaco hit a great ball. Gonsalvo Ramos scored 3-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergio Romeri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Uriel Chorche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Suprs Academia fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bahía é Carnaval had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
