Spectators: 7724 (Terracing: 5794, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kidlat Cabanit kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Kidlat Cabanit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 麦剑青 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Clube Atlético Mineiro booed when Quilmes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Sagrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clube Atlético Mineiro's José Maria Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Sagrario in the 18th minute of play. Candido Gasteiz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Kidlat Cabanit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 29th minute Clube Atlético Mineiro were awarded a corner. Kidlat Cabanit went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Kidlat Cabanit got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 麦剑青 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Geronimo Sagrario took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Maria Carvalho. José Maria Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Quilmes booed when Clube Atlético Mineiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lamine Yambao didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes Clube Atlético Mineiro got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Ramos. 37 minutes into the match, Kidlat Cabanit notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Quilmes's 麦剑青. 麦剑青 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute Donato Nuxila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Quilmes's Elias Clis tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geronimo Sagrario to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Geronimo Sagrario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clube Atlético Mineiro made a substitution. Jude Bellingham replaced Romário Ronaldo. When Geronimo Sagrario fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quilmes's protests and gave Geronimo Sagrario a yellow card for diving instead. Geronimo Sagrario hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 麦剑青 made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Jude Bellingham sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Quilmes's Enrique Xabier got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Kidlat Cabanit sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Quilmes's 麦剑青 didn't even have to move. 麦剑青 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamine Yambao in the 75th minute of play. Quilmes's 麦剑青 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jude Bellingham in the 76th minute of play. Kidlat Cabanit's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, 麦剑青 skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 80th minute, Filip Pietras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quilmes's Rodrigo Delfino was substituted for Geronimo Sagrario. After 81 played minutes Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Filip Pietras. José Maria Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Delfino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kidlat Cabanit's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 麦剑青 firmly grabbed it by the left post. José Maria Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo Delfino went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.
