Serafino Tabb stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anselmo Baldaia's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. The supporters of Platense es de Primera!! booed when Terceirense F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Lousada didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Platense es de Primera!!'s zone, Anselmo Baldaia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafino Tabb came out of the goal and Anselmo Baldaia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anselmo Baldaia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Tabb having to interfere. The Terceirense F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Terceirense F.C.'s Anselmo Baldaia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Anselmo Baldaia scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafino Tabb, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Baldaia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafino Tabb was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Aristides Martinez kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Terceirense F.C. booed when Platense es de Primera!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Baldaia in the 37th minute of play forced Platense es de Primera!!'s goalkeeper Serafino Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Terceirense F.C.'s Robert Enke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Txindoki in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Platense es de Primera!!'s zone, Anselmo Baldaia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafino Tabb came out of the goal and Anselmo Baldaia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 played minutes Platense es de Primera!! got a freekick which was hit by Mario Ponc. In the 46th minute, Anselmo Baldaia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Baldaia was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Laureano Quin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Vaz hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 63rd match minute, Platense es de Primera!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Lugo to maneuver through the defense. Terceirense F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Platense es de Primera!! the free kick. Terceirense F.C. made a substitution. Kevin Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Serafino Tabb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafino Tabb came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Terceirense F.C.'s Kevin Soares. But to his dismay, Kevin Soares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 83rd minute, Kevin Soares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Terceirense F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Kevin Soares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafino Tabb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Platense es de Primera!!'s Ivan Lugo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Barea in the 95th minute of play forced Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Robert Enke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Terceirense F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
