Spectators: 7814 (Terracing: 5862, Seating: 1797, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Primo Sans started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Academia B.F. booed when Roneros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yépez Pedron didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Roneros F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Primo Sans came free, but Asensio Berzosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Primo Sans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Asensio Berzosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primo Sans in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Primo Sans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academia B.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Academia B.F.'s Primo Sans in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 20 minutes, Primo Sans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia B.F.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Primo Sans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Primo Sans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roneros F.C.'s Asensio Berzosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primo Sans in the 27th minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Wiliam Carioca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia B.F.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roneros F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Academia B.F. getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Wiliam Carioca hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Academia B.F.'s Romário Félix got a free kick in the 39th minute. Xandro Alamon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vicente Catarinense. Academia B.F.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wiliam Carioca got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 44th match minute, Academia B.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Carioca to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Lombillo was the one to do the kick off. Asensio Berzosa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Primo Sans showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 58 minute of play. Vicente Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roldan Carne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Totti in the 88th minute of play forced Roneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Asensio Berzosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Totti might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Asensio Berzosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michel Totti ran back to his position shaking his head. Roneros F.C.'s Asensio Berzosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Totti in the 93rd minute of play. Asensio Berzosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Totti in the 96th minute of play. Academia B.F.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
