Spectators: 7665 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Witold Majkowski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Damian Trac notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Alijilán returns's Lino Naelio. Lino Naelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th minute, Radomil Bugno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacek Mietus hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Witold Majkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radomil Bugno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Zagłębie Dąbrowskie got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Borowski. 44 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Houseman came free, but Lucjan Oborski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Silvano Baleren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucjan Oborski. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvano Baleren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvano Baleren was the one to do the kick off. Teobald Ruszczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Silvano Baleren made a precise shot to the right of Lucjan Oborski. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 66th match minute, Alijilán returns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Ibanez to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Rolando Olayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Naelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Majkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel Paez's late challenge caught a Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angel Paez helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 79 minutes, Ignacy Jarocewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacy Jarocewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucjan Oborski came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Alijilán returns's Jimeno Seme. But to his dismay, Jimeno Seme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. After 91 played minutes Zagłębie Dąbrowskie got a freekick which was hit by Teobald Ruszczyk. Lucjan Oborski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Houseman in the 92nd minute of play.
