Vladimiros Lagonikakis started the match with the kick off. Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Efthimis Psaris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Merentiel in the 4th minute of play. When Nikolas Theodorakis fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liverpool F.C. YNWA's protests and gave Nikolas Theodorakis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Nikolas Theodorakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chiquinho Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markos Tsevas in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Stratos Ververis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool F.C. YNWA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Frontera AFC the free kick. The supporters of Frontera AFC booed when Liverpool F.C. YNWA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vassilis Sapounas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Efthimis Psaris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edison Cavani in the 18th minute of play. Jonas Gilen kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Edison Cavani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Alberto Márcico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efthimis Psaris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efthimis Psaris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Márcico in the 27th minute of the match. Trifon Aspiridis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 47th minute Nikolas Theodorakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Frontera AFC made a substitution. Severino Cucao replaced Alberto Márcico. 55 minutes into the game, Miguel Merentiel lined in a short shot 0-1 behind a frustrated Efthimis Psaris. The supporters of Frontera AFC booed when Liverpool F.C. YNWA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ntinos Chatzas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edison Cavani in the 63rd minute of play forced Liverpool F.C. YNWA's goalkeeper Efthimis Psaris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Nikolas Theodorakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Merentiel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Efthimis Psaris made a huge save. Severino Cucao scored 0-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Efthimis Psaris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Efthimis Psaris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edison Cavani in the 80th minute of play. Chiquinho Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markos Tsevas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiros Lagonikakis in the 92nd minute of play forced Frontera AFC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the game, Vladimiros Lagonikakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Chiquinho Romero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Liverpool F.C. YNWA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Frontera AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
