Thanks to some nice moves João Vítor Vinhas could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Ruperto Cordarell however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Mazaredo AFC's Ruperto Cordarell got control of the ball when João Vítor Vinhas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Pasqual came free, but Sydney Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Percy de Alcântara charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Percy de Alcântara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Percy de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Ivan Jacob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Bittencourt having to interfere. The supporters of Mazaredo AFC booed when IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Edmílson Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruperto Cordarell was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 32nd minute Jonatan Pasqual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute Mazaredo AFC were awarded a corner. Damaso Patrido went to the cornerflag to take it. Ivan Jacob kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilario Rivas during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hilario Rivas hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Wellington Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Cordarell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Vítor Vinhas in the 38th minute of play. Victorio Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Ruperto Cordarell acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 42nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edmílson Lara. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wellington Montenegro to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wellington Montenegro in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Cordarell saved Mazaredo AFC from getting behind. 54 minutes into the match, Mazaredo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Montenegro came free, but Ruperto Cordarell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 played minutes Mazaredo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Bermund. In the 66th minute of the match Edmílson Lara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruperto Cordarell skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Damaso Patrido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mazaredo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Patrido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mazaredo AFC's zone, Pedrinho Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruperto Cordarell came out of the goal and Pedrinho Teixeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute, Jonatan Pasqual left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mazaredo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Sydney Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Jacob, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Jonatan Pasqual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Bittencourt having to interfere. IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Jonatan Pasqual scored to the left of an out of position Sydney Bittencourt, making the score, 1-2. Ruperto Cordarell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Vítor Vinhas in the 95th minute of the match.
