When Zé Carlos Lima fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goth Cloudy Experience's protests and gave Zé Carlos Lima a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Goth Cloudy Experience was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Carlos Lima to maneuver through the defense. Agostinho Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Pavia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 9th minute of the match Zé Carlos Lima completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zé Carlos Lima a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 9 played minutes Goth Cloudy Experience got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos Lima. 11 minutes into the match, Armando Perna notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Goth Cloudy Experience's Agostinho Martins. Agostinho Martins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Agostinho Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Perna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Armando Perna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agostinho Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Goth Cloudy Experience got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Britto. After some careless play in the Goth Cloudy Experience defense, Armando Perna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agostinho Martins. The Goth Cloudy Experience fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agostinho Martins should have stopped the shot. Bernardo Bartolomucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agostinho Martins having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Mesquita in the 30th minute of play forced Camporioccio VS's goalkeeper Attilio Lucentini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Achille Di Cintio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Camporioccio VS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Achille Di Cintio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Camporioccio VS defense, Aloísio Prado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Attilio Lucentini. The Camporioccio VS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Attilio Lucentini should have stopped the shot. Goth Cloudy Experience's Agostinho Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Perna in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando Perna made a kick off. Agostinho Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Pavia, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Alexander Pavia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Agostinho Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agostinho Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Bartolomucci in the 60th minute of play. Agostinho Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciccio Lattanzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agostinho Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Perna in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, Camporioccio VS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Bartolomucci to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Goth Cloudy Experience's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Perna came free, but Agostinho Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Armando Perna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Camporioccio VS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When Armando Perna came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Camporioccio VS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Perna couldn't finish the play. Camporioccio VS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
