The Militros F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Militros F.C.'s Paulão Freire looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wanderson Valencia during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tang Yu Gang had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Wanderson Valencia's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 17th minute, Wanderson Valencia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Militros F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 22nd minute Cosimo Tagliente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tang Yu Gang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulão Freire made a kick off. The supporters of ASI NOMAS FC booed when Militros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wanderson Valencia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Santo Vina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulão Freire in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tang Yu Gang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Militros F.C.'s Erasmo Zanussi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Roque in the 65th minute of play.
