Didi de Sena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Carlos Eduardo Donatello made a huge save. After 24 played minutes Militros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Róbson Cosme. In the 26th minute, Alessandro Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Eduardo Donatello came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Militros F.C.'s Paulão Freire. But to his dismay, Paulão Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulão Freire stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
