The referee showed Richard Bruse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 9 minutes into the match, Franja Dorada's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatan Beck came free, but Venancio Hodei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiph Hedin in the 14th minute of play forced Franja Dorada's goalkeeper Venancio Hodei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Palban, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A collision led to Franja Dorada getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Alfonso Palban hit a great ball. When Filiph Hedin came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Dallen Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiph Hedin couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the game, Franja Dorada's Alfonso Palban nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nils Eklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfonso Palban to make the kick off. In the 59th minute Filiph Hedin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Hodei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
