In the 8th match minute, Patricio Rey Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Salvadore to maneuver through the defense. Rogelio Goyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Lima in the 9th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Luiz Fábio Lima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrenta SC the free kick. The supporters of Patricio Rey Futbol Club booed when Barrenta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Narciso Sindo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Barrenta SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Denis Gabon ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Denis Gabon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Barrenta SC's Nestor Carioca did a great save. Rogelio Goyo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Víktor Donato went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. In the 62nd minute, Víktor Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fábio Lima got free with Rogelio Goyo in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Ireno came free, but Nestor Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Remo Falcão came free, but Rogelio Goyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Fellipe de Lima reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rogelio Goyo. The goal made the score 2-6. Narciso Sindo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nestor Carioca having to make a save. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Patricio Rey Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Eguntsenti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fábio Lima was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Barrenta SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Patricio Rey Futbol Club.
