Angelo Teixeira took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gery Pattimura. Gery Pattimura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 11th minute Angelo Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gery Pattimura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eko Sulistio kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Wilian Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eko Sulistio in the 14th minute of play. Wilian Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Riswan Sanusi sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eko Sulistio in the 22nd minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Wilian Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gery Pattimura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Jardel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eko Sulistio during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Eko Sulistio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Riswan Sanusi got a free kick in the 27th minute. Gery Pattimura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nacho Comacho's late challenge caught a LauerArmy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nacho Comacho helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to LauerArmy getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Nixon Richard hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder dos Santos came free, but Gery Pattimura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hélder dos Santos charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hélder dos Santos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hélder dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Wilian Guimarães was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Katon Sentosa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Teixeira in the 43rd minute of play forced AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalkeeper Gery Pattimura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Gery Pattimura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Jardel in the 45th minute of play. After the first half LauerArmy were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Riswan Sanusi to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Katon Sentosa to maneuver through the defense. Katon Sentosa hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Datuk Barkawi hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by Nixon Richard. After having played for 70 minutes, Riswan Sanusi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Riswan Sanusi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Jardel got free with Gery Pattimura in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th match minute, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eko Sulistio to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Franklin Alvarenga in the 80th minute really tested Gery Pattimura's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Eko Sulistio hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LauerArmy:s goal. The goalkeeper, Gery Pattimura, was totally fooled by LauerArmy's Christiano Fontes, who 93 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LauerArmy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
