When Aílton Corrêa came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Ricart Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aílton Corrêa couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Bustick Sport's Pichit Mercier got a free kick in the 25th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Bustick Sport's goal looked a bit too open when Romário Pontes came free, but Augustus Batalla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augustus Batalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 played minutes Ricart Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Luan Cordeiro. 36 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Eriberto Pinheiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dalmacio Txartiko. Maurinho Matos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Bustick Sport getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Pichit Mercier hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Osmar de Alcântara got a throw-in 53 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ruy de Queirós. Dinei Dracena was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 59 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the game, one of Ricart Futebol Clube:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ricart Futebol Clube:s Eriberto Pinheiro showed great skill when he stopped Gerardo Galo:s penalty. In the 61st minute, Gerardo Galo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Pinheiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Gerardo Galo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Eriberto Pinheiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bustick Sport. After 68 minutes of play Bustick Sport's Pichit Mercier was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 69th match minute, Bustick Sport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pichit Mercier to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th match minute, Ricart Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulysses Custódio to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Urritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
