In the 39th minute, Cédric Payen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafel Franquis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ionică Şendrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dudu Georgescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafel Franquis having to make a save. The ConChanfle FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Minerul Baita -MM- were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gutxi Olar was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, ConChanfle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Şendrea came free, but Rafel Franquis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafel Franquis came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cédric Payen. But to his dismay, Cédric Payen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Senio Ciencabrero in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sergiu Cobâlcescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionică Şendrea in the 60th minute of play forced ConChanfle FC's goalkeeper Rafel Franquis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
