The audience thought a goal was coming when Bart Sutton got free with Christovao Haces in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot by Darius Dimmock from long distance, 93 minutes into the match, got Christovao Haces's attention. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Dorking United FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
