Pete Pope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Arif Sum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Dorking United FC defense, Kasper Björklund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keiran Longstaffe. The Dorking United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keiran Longstaffe should have stopped the shot. In the 18thth minute of the game Pete Pope who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico de la Rosa CF's Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Sutton in the 21st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Kasper Björklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keiran Longstaffe was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Atletico de la Rosa CF's Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darius Dimmock in the 27th minute of play. Dorking United FC's Bart Sutton got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Urbez Foronda dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Kasper Björklund took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keiran Longstaffe. Keiran Longstaffe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 45th match minute, Atletico de la Rosa CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Hood to maneuver through the defense.

After a rather tough play, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Matías Oyola got a free kick in the 51st minute. Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 52nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Darius Dimmock. After 53 played minutes Atletico de la Rosa CF got a freekick which was hit by Matías Oyola. Kasper Björklund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keiran Longstaffe having to make a save. Keiran Longstaffe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasper Björklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Keanu Durrant made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Darius Dimmock however managed to control. 67 minutes into the match, Dorking United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Hood came free, but Keiran Longstaffe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Roberto Naveda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorking United FC's Keanu Durrant shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos but with some difficulty. The Atletico de la Rosa CF players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
