In the 2nd minute, Pedro Luiz Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Boteanu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Orlando Mineiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silviu Cutieru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celsinho Vinhas took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gelu Amânaloae. Gelu Amânaloae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Florin Vuşcan fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's protests and gave Florin Vuşcan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Celsinho Vinhas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Zé Augusto Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Deșliu in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Florin Vuşcan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zé Augusto Cardoso. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 31st minute, Orlando Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beto Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. Afonso Maciel hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Afonso Maciel charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonso Maciel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ITAFUT 4EVER were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Stelaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zé Augusto Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Stelaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 64th minute Dan Stelaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Augusto Cardoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estevez Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Zé Augusto Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Stelaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Stelaru in the 70th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Zé Augusto Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Augusto Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Stelaru in the 73rd minute of the match. Zé Augusto Cardoso came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dan Stelaru. But to his dismay, Dan Stelaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After 88 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Perez. In the 89th minute Leonard Deșliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Augusto Cardoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Vuşcan in the 93rd minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Zé Augusto Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
