After having played for 11 minutes, Zygmunt Mentus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zryw Samsonów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zygmunt Mentus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antoni Swoboda charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antoni Swoboda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Antoni Swoboda hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Leszek Pruss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Kilar in the 15th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes Zryw Samsonów got a freekick which was hit by Zygmunt Mentus. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Maruda in the 19th minute of play forced Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper Leszek Pruss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugon Derlanga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Czeslaw Jarek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Leszek Pruss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Kilar in the 24th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Goral Zywiec's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Galagan came free, but Leszek Pruss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miroslaw Lizewski to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Borys Kissel during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The corner led Goral Zywiec's Mikolaj Marchewka to fire away a dangerous shot which Hugon Derlanga despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 59th minute Czeslaw Jarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Derlanga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Goral Zywiec's Leszek Pruss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Maruda in the 62nd minute of play. Hugon Derlanga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Jarek in the 67th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Miroslaw Lizewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Derlanga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Czeslaw Jarek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugon Derlanga. Zryw Samsonów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Czeslaw Jarek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Leon Raszek's late challenge caught a Zryw Samsonów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Raszek helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Goral Zywiec fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! Goral Zywiec:s Leszek Pruss showed great skill when he stopped Borys Maruda:s penalty. The Zryw Samsonów players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
