With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathys Courrèges prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rémy Jacquey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barnaba Nieuzyla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of KS Ruch Chorzów booed when Cyber Attack was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rayan Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Rémy Jacquey came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Cyber Attack fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rémy Jacquey couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rémy Jacquey in the 26th managed to get into a good position. Barnaba Nieuzyla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rémy Jacquey's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Cyber Attack's Mathys Courrèges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Poniewaz in the 41st minute of play. After 42 minutes Cyber Attack's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wit Dziewedik who took care of the corner kick. The audience cheered when Wit Dziewedik's long shot passed Mathys Courrèges's right side. It was 0-1, 42 minutes into the match. If Wit Dziewedik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 44th minute, Wit Dziewedik made a precise shot to the right of Mathys Courrèges. Cyber Attack's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rémy Jacquey was the one to do the kick off. Cyber Attack's Mathys Courrèges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaroslaw Marchlewicz in the 53rd minute of play. Mathys Courrèges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Poniewaz in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Cyber Attack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Marie Péneau to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute of the match Wit Dziewedik shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mathys Courrèges showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wit Dziewedik came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mathys Courrèges could save by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Mathys Courrèges successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 71 minutes into the match, Cyber Attack's goalkeeper Mathys Courrèges had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wit Dziewedik. When Mario Plouvier fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cyber Attack's protests and gave Mario Plouvier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Mario Plouvier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rémy Jacquey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Mathys Courrèges successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
