The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andres Roderigo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Chorroarín's corner Andres Roderigo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Albert Godsall quite easily take care of the ball. Ricki Gervais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Damian Stonehouse took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for German Txema to make any attempt to save it. German Txema made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricki Gervais in the 17th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Chorroarín got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Cordaro. In the 26th minute, Damian Stonehouse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiburcio Chuse in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albert Godsall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lennie Sanderson charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lennie Sanderson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel Senen to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Zane Holt got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 58th minute Joel Groom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Txema saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chorroarín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egg Chasers FC the free kick. Adolfo Goi kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match.
