Spectators: 7961 (Terracing: 5972, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cristo Leocadio made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of C.F. Leftraro booed when Gastres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Gonza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Mauro Tadzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gastres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.F. Leftraro the free kick. Jorge Friz, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 9 minutes into the match, C.F. Leftraro's goalkeeper Juan Ignacio González had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Gonza. In the 10th minute of the match, Nicolas Gonza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Juan Ignacio González was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 13 played minutes Gastres FC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Kauldi. Amador Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Friz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Segundo Bortzaioriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Millape came free, but Amador Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Ignacio González made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Nicolas Gonza sent off a good shot on target. Nicolas Gonza hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 27th match minute, Gastres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Leocadio to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Ramón Millape shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Iratxo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Friz went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristo Leocadio got free with Juan Ignacio González in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan Ignacio González took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Leocadio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Gastres FC's Aurelio Baladi got a free kick in the 39th minute. With a little luck, C.F. Leftraro's Juan Ignacio González got control of the ball when Nicolas Gonza tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half C.F. Leftraro were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Friz to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, C.F. Leftraro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bairon Andonaegui to maneuver through the defense. Juan Ignacio González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Bortzaioriz in the 53rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristo Leocadio in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Ignacio González prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 58 played minutes Gastres FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Bortzaioriz. Jorge Friz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amador Iratxo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, C.F. Leftraro's Jorge Friz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Juan Ignacio González showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Gonza, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Juan Ignacio González came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Gastres FC's Segundo Bortzaioriz. But to his dismay, Segundo Bortzaioriz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 74th minute of the match, Jorge Friz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amador Iratxo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 85th minute Jorge Friz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, C.F. Leftraro's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Bortzaioriz came free, but Juan Ignacio González reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Baladi struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Juan Ignacio González didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gastres FC. In the 94th minute Santiago Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ignacio González saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Ignacio González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Leocadio in the 95th minute of the match. C.F. Leftraro's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
