After a defensive mix-up in Northern California's zone, Emanuel Mouricio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Savier came out of the goal and Emanuel Mouricio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wlodzimierz Januszewski in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Urtsin saved Spams from getting behind. Domingos Savier was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dado Pršo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. Domingos Savier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Mouricio, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Domingos Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrej Kramarić in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrej Kramarić in the 63rd minute of play forced Northern California's goalkeeper Domingos Savier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amancio Feliu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Escobar came free, but Domingos Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, one of Northern California:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Spams a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emanuel Mouricio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Northern California's Domingos Savier. 5-0. Spams made a substitution. Americo Matia replaced Emanuel Mouricio. After some careless play in the Spams defense, Wlodzimierz Januszewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Urtsin. The Spams fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Urtsin should have stopped the shot. Andrej Kramarić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Savier having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Escobar came free, but Domingos Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Matia in the 93rd minute of play forced Northern California's goalkeeper Domingos Savier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Spams's Andrej Kramarić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingos Savier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Domingos Savier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Americo Matia went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Spams's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
