The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Northern California's Wlodzimierz Januszewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Antero Linhares. Antero Linhares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Antero Linhares didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 11th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Domingos Savier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Aveiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Takis Parlapidis took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Savier. Domingos Savier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 21st minute, Alexandre Aveiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feios Porcos E Maus's Antero Linhares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Feios Porcos E Maus from getting a goal against them. After 24 minutes, Aristides Tristão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Feios Porcos E Maus and the Northern California players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Northern California booed when Feios Porcos E Maus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Tristão didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Northern California's Wlodzimierz Januszewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Antero Linhares. That made the score 3-1 after 28 minutes of play. Domingos Savier came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Feios Porcos E Maus's Takis Parlapidis. But to his dismay, Takis Parlapidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Wlodzimierz Januszewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antero Linhares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play.

Sjaak Swart made in the 50th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Joaquim Martins immediately put the ball in play. Luciano Goizeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wlodzimierz Januszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antero Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wlodzimierz Januszewski in the 54th minute of the match. Northern California's Domingos Savier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Nunes in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute of the match Feios Porcos E Maus got a corner. Northern California's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Takis Parlapidis ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Tomé Simões heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silverio Cordarius during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Feios Porcos E Maus booed when Northern California was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Cordarius didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Feios Porcos E Maus getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Sjaak Swart hit a great ball. Domingos Savier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takis Parlapidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Northern California's Domingos Savier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Northern California from getting a goal against them. Antero Linhares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Isazi in the 78th minute of play. Domingos Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Aveiro in the 81st minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Feios Porcos E Maus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heitor Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Aveiro came free, but Domingos Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Feios Porcos E Maus players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Northern California.
