Roger Alagoano started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Enéas Fontes notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Northern California's Domingos Savier. Domingos Savier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roger Alagoano in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Savier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zé Paulo Brasil charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Paulo Brasil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sven Östlund in the 16th minute. A nice corner shot did that Zé Paulo Brasil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Domingos Savier quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Fernando Miguel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save SE Tijolo 6 Furos from getting a goal against them. Silverio Cordarius hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Sven Östlund shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domingos Savier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SE Tijolo 6 Furos reached it. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Fernando Miguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Charro in the 22nd minute of play. During the 32nd minute of the match Zé Paulo Brasil completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zé Paulo Brasil a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 33rd minute, Zé Paulo Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to SE Tijolo 6 Furos getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Zé Paulo Brasil hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's goalkeeper Fernando Miguel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wlodzimierz Januszewski. In the 36th minute Northern California were awarded a corner. Luciano Goizeder went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Northern California's Luciano Goizeder to fire away a dangerous shot which Fernando Miguel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A hard shot by Luciano Goizeder from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got Fernando Miguel's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Domingos Savier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Östlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 43 minutes, Sven Östlund made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Northern California's Domingos Savier tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The wind increased when Wlodzimierz Januszewski made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Richard Camargo got a free kick in the 50th minute. The corner led Northern California's Luciano Goizeder to fire away a dangerous shot which Fernando Miguel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Ermanno Valeri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Northern California the free kick. After a rather tough play, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Ermanno Valeri got a free kick in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Valeri in the 57th minute of play forced Northern California's goalkeeper Domingos Savier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Savier made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Sven Östlund sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the match, Wlodzimierz Januszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Miguel. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wlodzimierz Januszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Wlodzimierz Januszewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Miguel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wlodzimierz Januszewski ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the match, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Januszewski came free, but Fernando Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Miguel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wlodzimierz Januszewski went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Northern California's Wlodzimierz Januszewski got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Mirande to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Januszewski came free, but Fernando Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Northern California's Wlodzimierz Januszewski got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the SE Tijolo 6 Furos defense, Wlodzimierz Januszewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Miguel. The SE Tijolo 6 Furos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Miguel should have stopped the shot. After 95 played minutes SE Tijolo 6 Furos got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Furlan. Northern California's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
