Oscar Confesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antero Linhares having to interfere. There was no doubt that Islas FC were the better team. Islas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
