In the 13thth minute of the game Ermanno Valeri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Islas FC's Dionisio Abaurre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ryan York hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Dionisio Abaurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Alagoano in the 20th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eriberto Felipillo during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
