Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 158) Alexis Couch made the kick off and thus started the match. When Houston Floyd fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored American Airlines's protests and gave Houston Floyd a yellow card for diving instead. Houston Floyd hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Edmondo Pittelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santoryu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmondo Pittelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13thth minute of the game Edmondo Pittelli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but American Airlines's Dale Skinner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Damiano Sisti took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dale Skinner. Dale Skinner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Dale Skinner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmondo Pittelli in the 21st minute of play. When Kristofer Loyd came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the American Airlines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristofer Loyd couldn't finish the play. Alexis Couch scored 1-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armin Giolo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to American Airlines getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Luke Skywalker hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Pittelli came free, but Dale Skinner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexis Couch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Armin Giolo made a huge save. After a rather tough play, American Airlines's Houston Floyd got a free kick in the 34th minute. Dale Skinner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmondo Pittelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Concetto Madonna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Santoryu FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Breno Reis hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Luke Skywalker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute Alexis Couch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Giolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Edmondo Pittelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santoryu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmondo Pittelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of American Airlines booed when Santoryu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmondo Pittelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dale Skinner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Martorella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Luke Skywalker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armin Giolo. Santoryu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luke Skywalker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Mario Madel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santoryu FC's Armin Giolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristofer Loyd in the 81st minute of play. Armin Giolo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexis Couch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Page kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
