That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. Cats and dogs's Nicolas Philibert quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alejo Kaxen, made in the 8th minute of the game. The Cats and dogs fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Cats and dogs's Kader Miguet looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Claudio Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kader Miguet in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Cats and dogs booed when Jarana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Kaxen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaétan Toullec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martinez Maravilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cats and dogs's Gaétan Toullec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martinez Maravilha in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Jarana FC got a corner. Cats and dogs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alejo Kaxen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aurelio Harriet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gaétan Toullec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Cats and dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Martinez Maravilha came free, but Gaétan Toullec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurelio Harriet to make the kick off. A collision led to Jarana FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Florencio Diegotxe hit a great ball. Tony Jérémie's late challenge caught a Jarana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tony Jérémie helped the player get up and apologised. Alejo Kaxen hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Christophe Montaigne. The supporters of Jarana FC booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Jérémie didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Philibert during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicolas Philibert kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute of the match Alejo Kaxen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaétan Toullec showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 68th minute Christophe Montaigne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aurelio Harriet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Tony Jérémie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cats and dogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Jérémie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Haimar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martinez Maravilha during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 played minutes Jarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Martinez Maravilha. In the 79th minute Christophe Montaigne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Alejo Kaxen in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cats and dogs's Nicolas Philibert. After 81 minutes of play, Cats and dogs's Christophe Montaigne made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio Haimar was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute, Kader Miguet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cats and dogs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. There was no doubt that Cats and dogs were the better team. Cats and dogs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
