An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Mas in the 4th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Octavio Lauaxeta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute of the match, Espiridion Farran tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Octavio Lauaxeta saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 10th minute Lane Rhoades shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Calero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Gombal to maneuver through the defense. Club Ibiza's Elequemedo San shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Octavio Lauaxeta but with some difficulty. Delmar Eguerdi's late challenge caught a Club Ibiza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmar Eguerdi helped the player get up and apologised. Delmar Eguerdi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Justo Mas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Ibiza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justo Mas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. William Viveras short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Octavio Lauaxeta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Don Omar charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Don Omar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Club Ibiza's Don Omar got a free kick in the 24th minute. Miguel Calero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lane Rhoades in the 30th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's Elequemedo San broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
In the 52nd match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Eguerdi to maneuver through the defense. Simbo FC's Octavio Lauaxeta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elequemedo San in the 52nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, William Vivera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Ibiza's supporters rose to their feet, but William Vivera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Lauaxeta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, William Vivera put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Octavio Lauaxeta. Octavio Lauaxeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Mas in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, William Vivera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Octavio Lauaxeta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cris Miró to maneuver through the defense. Octavio Lauaxeta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Vivera, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Octavio Lauaxeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Mas in the 78th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paolo Rumaldo during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Paolo Rumaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Elequemedo San came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Club Ibiza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elequemedo San couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club Ibiza had won after a very even match.
