Spectators: 7992 (Terracing: 5995, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 159) Simbo FC's Erasmo Enmanuel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Cléber da Costa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Simbo FC's Feliberto Oihenarte. Feliberto Oihenarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cléber da Costa during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Cléber da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 8 played minutes SORRISO E. C. got a freekick which was hit by João Vítor da Silveira. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cléber da Costa in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliberto Oihenarte saved Simbo FC from getting behind. Cléber da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Feliberto Oihenarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Feliberto Mouricio with Erasmo Enmanuel as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Feliberto Oihenarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléber da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Arnaud Clément hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cléber da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cléber da Costa in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliberto Oihenarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 28 minutes Simbo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kiko Souza who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Simbo FC's goalie and right to Basílio Rosa. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Simbo FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 30 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber da Costa came free, but Feliberto Oihenarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Davi Isac in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Feliberto Oihenarte, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Christiano Arce came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Simbo FC's Erasmo Enmanuel. But to his dismay, Erasmo Enmanuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Diego Toledo's late challenge caught a Simbo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Toledo helped the player get up and apologised. Feliberto Mouricio fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 40th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. The audience was convinced that Cléber da Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliberto Oihenarte was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. When Kiko Souza fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SORRISO E. C.'s protests and gave Kiko Souza a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SORRISO E. C. getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Kiko Souza hit a great ball. In the 46thth minute of the game Igor Polo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SORRISO E. C.'s Christiano Arce was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cléber da Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Cléber da Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SORRISO E. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cléber da Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber da Costa came free, but Feliberto Oihenarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Válter Ceresso hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Cléber da Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simbo FC's Feliberto Oihenarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Simbo FC made a substitution. Segundo Neron replaced Elias Palos. Christiano Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Enmanuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber da Costa in the 80th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Feliberto Oihenarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Cléber da Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliberto Oihenarte was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. SORRISO E. C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kiko Souza in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute Cléber da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Oihenarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cléber da Costa struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Feliberto Oihenarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SORRISO E. C.. After having played for 94 minutes, Erasmo Enmanuel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simbo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Enmanuel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that SORRISO E. C. were the better team. SORRISO E. C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
